Our Preschool

The Rainy Dayz program has been designed using both Montessori and traditional teaching philosophies to challenge and inspire every preschool child and to ensure a smooth transition into kindergarten and beyond. Our unique environment is characterized primarily by an emphasis on child-directed activities and tasks. However, every child is expected to engage in a teacher led circle time and a gross motor activity or game as a class each day. This is to make certain that they have mastered the skills of following directions and working as a team. They also learn to sit quietly, take turns and respect the need to listen to the teacher at any given moment. All of these skills are essential to thrive in an elementary classroom.

We have scheduled classes that allow you to choose from 2, 3 or 5-days per week, depending on age. We also do not require that any child be potty trained to attend Rainy Dayz Preschool. We believe the sooner you can get your child into a structured program, the easier their transition into kindergarten will be.

Our sufficient staffing allows for a classroom ratio of only 1 to 8. This ensures more one-on-one teaching time with your child. Children should be of age for their desired class by August 31st of the current school year, however, enrollment in each class is at the discretion of the director.

All classes meet from 9:00am to 12:00pm

**5% discount for yearly tuition paid-in-full at beginning of school year

To confirm a space in your desired class choice, you must submit an enrollment form along with the last month's tuition as well as the supply fee.

Rainy Day Recess

(Extended Day Program)

We understand how hectic your schedules can be and have created a program to help! We now offer early drop-off and late pick-up. Combination of preschool and extended day cannot exceed 4-hours.

8:00am drop-off or 1:00pm pick-up

Monday to Friday

$5/per day*

*Breakfast or lunch is available for an additional $3 per day for those interested.
